Join us on November 5th for a hands-on experience in crafting canned cranberry chutney (high-acid canning) and sauerkraut (fermentation). Explore the art of food preservation through these two methods with the guidance of our skilled Master Food Preservers. Each participant will leave with a pint of homemade cranberry chutney and a quart of brined cabbage, all set for you to transform into sauerkraut in the comfort of your own kitchen! Workshop Details This workshop is held outdoors, so we suggest: Â Â Â
• Dress in layers. Assume you will be cold, or hot. Either way, be ready.   Â
• Bring water   Â
• Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that can get messy and/or wet  Â
• Gloves will be required when handling food Â
